VH1 (An MTV Company) has made a special on Cathy and few other people that have or are using club drugs. The special is over now, but still may be re-ran on VH1. If at any time I notice that it will be playing again, I will list the dates and approximate times on this page.
The name of this special is called "Hooked on Club Drugs". This special truly did a wonderful job portraying who Cathy was which left a wonderful memory of her and a valuable lesson to others.

7/15/02, VH1 (An MTV Company), filmed interviews at our home. The people interviewed were;

They also took footage of the Embassy Suites.
07/16/02 VH1 went to several locations to take footage.
At the Double Tree Hotel, they did interview with;

Brandi Pinero
Kim Kamps
Miriam (Sorry do not know last name)
At Western Medical, they did an interview with;
Dr. Limbardi (Cathy's Neurologist)
At the Santa Ana Police Station, they did an interview with;
Investigator Fultcher (The investigator on the scene)
They also took footage of Joe's Garage, (where prom was held) and Foothill High School.
07/17/02 VH1 went to UCI and interviewed laboratory specialists on Ecstasy and how it effects the brain.
They interviewed one person;
(Undisclosed) - The person that allegedly supplied all of the ecstasy to sellers (his friends) at the prom. This interview may or may not be aired in the special due to legal precautions- per VH1.
07/18/02 VH1 is back on the plane to New York. Thank you for doing the special on Cathy and giving information to people about ecstasy and what happened to her.
08/07/02 Danielle Distefano from VH1 called to let me know that my tapes and pictures I provided them will be returned 08/16/02. I will me faxing them Pictures from the news articles on Monday 08/12/02. She mentioned that they are hoping to have the viewing tape completed by the end of September.
08/12/02 I spoke with Danielle Distefano and e-mailed her images of the news articles of Cathy. I also spoke with Rick Sasson about plans for further footage to be included
08/13/02 I spoke with Danielle Distefano, she is sending us the home videos back Airborne express today. The images of the news articles e-mailed to her can not be used for the show. Will be sending originals of the articles, once home movies are received. We do not have the original of the first article "O.C. Register 05/21/02" but Nick Moore has offered to let us and VH1 barrow his copy for as long as needed. Thank you Nick!!!
08/14/02 I received our home movies back. Once I receive the last article from Nick, I will be sending VH1 the newspaper articles, probably tomorrow 08/15/02.

08/22/02 I spoke with Danielle Distefano today, she is in need of some pictures from the prom Cathy attended. These photos do not need to have Cathy in them. Just seniors dancing and having fun at the prom, located in Joe's Garage in Tustin. If you have any pictures - Please contact me as soon as possible.
09/12/02 I spoke with Danielle Distefano Today - The airing date for the VH1 Special is 09/20/02 @ 10:00 EST.
